Moms Yoga Circles
Jean offers a 90-minute class for moms of children with special needs in Natick, MA at Roots and Wings Healing Arts Center on Wednesdays from 9:30 – 11 am which consists of yoga, meditation and supportive coaching. This class is designed as a safe haven for moms to quiet their minds, open their hearts, replenish their spirt, and connect deeply with other moms walking a similar challenging path of special needs mothering.

Jean also teaches 90-minute Yoga Nidra classes both in her home yoga studio and at yoga studios in the Metro West Boston area. Yoga Nidra is an extraordinary meditative practice that helps the body and mind learn to relax and receive nurturing rest that is more restorative than our normal sleep. Benefits of Yoga Nidra includes, lowering blood pressure, heightening intuition, activating parasympathetic nervous system, strengthens immune system, reduced insomnia, decreases anxiety and depression and builds mental clarity.
