Jean will guide you through a constellation that allows the energies and patterns in your family system to be seen and gently shifted. With no group present, you can fully immerse yourself in the experience and move at your own pace.
Session One
Your first 90-minute session begins with a grounding and intention-setting practice. Together, you’ll identify the challenge or pattern you wish to explore. Jean will then guide you through the constellation process, using symbolic objects or placeholders to represent family members, ancestral energies, or other dynamics. As the constellation unfolds, you’ll begin to see what has been hidden—and experience the healing movement your system is ready to receive.
Session Two
About two weeks later, you’ll meet for a 60-minute follow-up session to reflect on your experience, integrate the insights, and receive gentle guidance for moving forward. This step ensures the shifts you’ve experienced continue to settle into your life.
After working together, you will feel a deeper connection to your Divine Source, within you and all around you. You will reconnect with the embodied light being that you are and begin to move through life with a greater sense of trust, alignment, and purpose.
